Well I am impressed that Stef managed to work out how to bluetooth the pic on to here and then how to get it onto the forum!!

I like the name Flash because he is a flash little thing - well big thing really... being very dense about the milk bar though - Bambi is being a saint...

What a cracking foal to end the season with! Very Happy

Paul glad to hear that the foal is out safely, the breeding business is full of too many stresses.

Congratulations Sarah on the safe arrival of the final foal, looking forward to seeing more photos when he's dried off and unfolded.

Ok so we need a name that links Sambertino and Bambi... Need to double check with stud book and find out if it has to start with a S or a B...

Suggestions so far are:

Bambertino
Bambino
Samberini

etc etc

Please get your thinking caps on!!

Going back down now to see if Flash has found the milk bar and whther Bambi ever intends to lose the placenta...

well I wimped out and went to bed once foalie was standing, so didnt see delay in feeding, placenta, etc.

Just looked this morning and as everyone says - what a stunner to end the year. Congratulations.

Like to take this opportunity to formally thank Foalcam- both for the wonderful viewing and lack of sleep.

Just popped in to check on progress

I'm sitting here laughing away, watching Sar teaching him to accept a foal slip. He looks pretty cheeky and obviously likes bum scratches already!

Gorgeous colt Laughing Laughing Laughing

Another name with B is Bimbo, it means little boy in Italian

Or you can call him:
Bam-Bam
Bandit
Bullet
Beau
Or if you have to use a S:
Samwise Gamgee (Sam in LOTR)
Simpatico
Sahadev (means Prince in hindu)
Can“t think of any more now!
