Well today I had my first ride on him! Wow - he is such a lovely horse to ride - really big powerful trot and Stef is doing a fab job with him - I just wish I had more time to ride. It was so lovely to ride him this morning though - Stefg rode Inde out with us and he is definitely the 'cheekier' of the two - not being naughty but definitely more challenging than Ghost! She had him going beautifully attimes though and you can see that beneath the fluff and beard a smart little horse is waiting to emerge.

I just knew you would love riding the Ghostly Boy. Summer is nearly here, you will be able to ride all the time then. When the school is finished, we will all watch the girls whilst you school him :D
Well done, and glad you had a lovely ride.

Paul in my tiredness last night I skim read posts and read yours as "We'll watch the girls school him" and I thought - well that's a little ambitious - ok I know the boys are good but expecting a 3 year old child to ride a 3 year old stallion?!

SJ I will get more pics - I just need to nab Chris when we're on the yard so he can take some!

Here's how we attempt to keep Ghost clean...

It doesn't work - he still manages to get mud underneath the hood! We call him Ninja Ghost!

I bought a rainbow one in the robinsons sale which everyone here was horrified by...! Unfortunately (or luckily!) it doesn't fit either of the boys!

Here's Ghost today after our ride when we had our first canter!
