Phantom

Foal Watch Updates or just general Yard Cam 'Spotteds!'

Postby Sarah on Sat Apr 25, 2009 10:39 pm

How good am I! I told Chris they would both foal tonight - I should get gold stars in foal prediction! Couldn't stay to watch as it wasn't convenient for Chris to have me there, but good to see all went well

2 in one night, and very conveniently spaced for the foal watchers.
and 2 fillies - lovely!
valdi is doing a good job of converting me to colts (oops, make that geldings now) but still have a soft spot for stroppy mares!

Perfect timing on my behalf.
Sat down to do some school work and thought i;d just check the foalcam first. BAD move! some couple of hours later i have just started my work!

Well predicted Sarah!

:) Absolutely thrilled to have witnessed the birth of Phantom's foal last evening. This is the first foaling I actually saw all the way through as I missed some of Kossett's due to interruption in foal cam.

This little beauty seemed alert and lively from the beginning, what a relief!

Any names for the latest arrivals?

What colour is Phantom's filly, can't quite tell from my computer?

Congratulations to all concerned.

Julie.
