And we couldn't put pics of Beetle on here without a mention of Gomez!
Gomez is so named because his mother is a TB mare called Morticia! So I figured Gomez would be a good choice - although I suppose to be rue to the Addams family I should have called him Pugsley or whatever the chubby son is called as Morticia was his mum not his wife!

ANyway - Gomez is a 3 year old who has apparently been lightly backed although we're going to treat him as unbacked just in case...!

This morning Stef lunged him and then we legged her up as he was totally unphazed by the lunging ina saddle... and she rode him round the yard for a couple of minutes. I was really pleased with how he reacted - completely calm and chilled, and in a nice soft and relaxed outline. We left it at just a couple of minutes so as not to overdo it on the first day but so far so good!

He's a real sweety and when he has lost some fluff and developed some muscle I think he'll be quite smart

LoL R&I - well Number 3 isn't ours - he belongs to Stef! He's huge - very handsome 17hh 6 year old bay gelding - gentle giant!

Managed to catch her mid-rise - she doesn't really perch like that!

I think he looks rather nice under saddle and i'm sure will make a very nice riding horse Very Happy
