For sale! (deposit holds until weaning in October)

Chestnut Nr Leopard filly born on the 6th May 2008.

Very pretty, strong foal by Exbury Ghost out of a thoroughbred mare.

Will be well handled, but already acts like she's seen it all before. An absolute cutie!!

£2000 ono.

Congratulations Laura, lovely spotty.

I've just realised you have Exbury Ghost ( bit slow on the uptake !!! ) he'll be quite closely related to my boy Eclipse, as I think all Jo's mares bar one were from the same female line, and all descended from Blue Jet. Plus as far as I know she only ever used Amazing blue or her own Stallion Dusty who was a son of Amazing Blue !

They certainly do move.......stuffy appaloosas aren't us ! Did you ever see Bluejet in the flesh ? She was an amazing mover and could've held her own against any warmblood in my opinion !

Charlotte.

Oh, now that's a good question ! I have lots of her somewhere as she was in the field with Eclipse when he was a foal and we went to view him all of 14 years ago ( I can hardly believe that it's been so long) but I haven't seen them for ages. I'll have a dig around and see if I can turn them up for you.

She was shown a fair bit too so there will be proper show pictures of her somewhere. I used to be friendly with Jo for years after we bought Eclipse, but she and her husband moved to france some time ago and stupidly we've managed to loose touch.

PM me your email address and I'll pass it on to Jo. I had to track her down to do a bit of work with Nico's papers and we are in touch. (ie I bore her with foal photos!!! Laughing )
