The snow has arrived this morning in Devon. Very strange, as we have thunder and lightning with it........ Shocked

Bright and sunny here, but bitterly bitterly cold. Just had a horse picked up, I've told him he's going down south where it is mild but apparently there is an inch of snow at his new home! Very Happy

We had a stormy night and have a smattering of snow this am, but nothing like the Easter snow....

Where in Surrey are you Sue? We also had the deepest snow I have seen in Hants. I took a few pics of Bob in the field which I will post soon, but I didn't have as much time as I would have liked as I had to go to set-up/training for work and by the time I got home at 2pm it's mostly gone Sad

Sorry they're a bit big when you open them - I thought I had made them smaller but obviously not much!

Wish we had snow.
Here in the wettest part of Spain the last few days we have had to hide in the shade from around midday to eight in the evening. Luckily it´s light until 9 so we can ride when it´s cooler or ride early in the morning.

Being this hot now means we can look forward to a wet summer.
And we can´t even get a tan (well, we go red anyway!!!!! Laughing ) cos this sun early in the year is supposed to be really bad for you!!!!!! Sad Sad Sad Sad

We had a small splatter, so the boys took it upon themselves to break through 2 fences and open themselves a bale of haylage or 2- could be left to starve now could they?! Rolling Eyes

Lauren

We are in Guildford. at 7:45 there was nothing, but by 8:00 we had 3 inches. The children (yes I know they are 22 & 24, but unfortunately they dont) were outside, still in their PJs, building a snowman.

The other children (who are 1 year old), enjoyed their first encounter with the white stuff and kept running around and rubbing their noses in it. Although at first Maisie refused to even put one foot in it and it took 2 of us to drag her to the field.
